A relatively quiet racing week, but still some excellent results – Kader Sayed was first in the Gateshead Marathon, Gavin and Eliza did well at the Victoria Park 5k and 10k races, Heathside came second at the Perivale MYAL and at Milton Keynes Marathon weekend there were also some great Heathside results.

This week’s report features the London Marathon results, but there were fine performances not only there but at other marathons at Manchester, where Seyfu picked a medal at the England Championships, and Hamburg ; plus more medals at the European Duathlon Championships
