Alex was happy to win his heat and run a PB in the 1500m in his new high tech shoes. There was also another good run and fast time from Rosa, though not quite as fast as her recent club record, and a PB for Fabio

Park runs

At the weekend Parkruns there were  sub 16min winning performances from Tom Aldred and Seyfu Jamaal at Finsbury Park and Highbury Fields respectively. There were also swift times and top 3 finishes at other parkruns from  Olivia Desborough ( 19.15 ), Andy Barnes ( 17.13 ), Charles Hardy (16.32 ), Amy Cook (19.58), and Scarlett Parker (17.44 )

Also of note was a 2nd place to SuperVet Leo Burningham at Ally Pally, and a PB at Highbury Fields to Kim Butler
