On 12th January 2013, Liam led a strong London Heathside Under 13 Boys Cross Country team home in 13th positions, and the team to 3rd in the Metropolitan XC League in Perivale.

Larger size spikes for cross country and track (sizes 8, 9 and 10), and a supply of replacement needles
