Luke has had a consistent summer of training, and started the winter with a great 3,000m time on 10:52 in the Middlesex County Road Relays on Sunday 13th September 2015.

Won the award for:

William placed 45th in the Mini Marathon race in a time of 16:48, beating all hi London Heathside Team Mates, and raced 3,000m on the track in a time of 9:55.22

For retaining his U17 Mens North of the Thames XC Championships title (2013 & 2014), which was first won by David Bedford in 1968. Jacob is only the 2nd athlete to retain this title.

Jem has become a regular at training, and is showing great enthusiasm. At the club Champs on 4th June, Jem ran the second fastest time for an Under 15 boy with 2:39.6

Cross Country spikes in bulk of 1,000. 9mm and 12mm sizes.

Izaiah has shown commitment to his own training, and in supporting the club more widely. On 16th March 2014 he threw the Shot 10.38m at the Middlesex Indoor Champs, placing 4th.
