Date of AGM and Club Track and Field Championships

A few announcements.

Chairman Jerry Odlin made an announcement regarding the Club AGM and T&F Championships.:-

  1. Date of the virtual AGM. Monday 20th September. - Full details to follow.

  2. Dates for Club Track and Field Championships - Tues evening on Sept 7th and 14th. Full details to follow

  3. Subject to their own final H&S review, at Friday's Night of 5k's there will be a London Metropolitan University: Injury & Rehabilitation Clinic. This is a prelude to offering members a very reduced for treatment at their clinic on Holloway Rd. Full details are attached.

“If you are not running or volunteering on Friday night at FP, you are welcome to attend there will be plenty of refreshments and it will be fun ...well unless your on the 9th lap of the race
