Notice of Club AGM

In accordance with the constitution and rules of London Heathside Athletics Club, notice is hereby given that the Club’s Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday 28th September 2023 commencing at 7.30 pm.  The meeting will be held at the Meeting Room at the Finsbury Park Track. 

Any resolutions and motions for consideration, and any other items members wish to be added to the meeting agenda must be formerly provided in writing and received by the Club Secretary (secretary@londonheathside.org.uk) no later than 28th August.   Only items proposed this way will be added to the agenda and considered at the meeting.  All motions must be proposed and seconded by current club members.

In addition if any club members wish to volunteer for a role on the committee or put themselves forward for any role please let the club secretary know. 

The meeting agenda and whether any current committee members intend to stand will be circulated at the beginning of September.
