The Rob Jackson Trophy is Back

After cancellations in 2020 and 2021, the Rob Jackson Trophy is back (we hope!).

The exact format is still being finalised as we wait for race organisers to firm up their plans for 2022, but we can confirm that the club's road-running championships, named after former London Heathside member, Rob Jackson, will follow a similar format to previous years. Members can participate in approx 8 (TBC) local events and will be awarded points according to their finish position relative to other club members. At the end of the season each runner's best 4 (also TBC) results will be counted and the trophy awarded to the athletes with the highest total points. Don't worry if you can't do all the events as you don't have to, but the more you do, the better your chances of improving your score.

The events will take place from February to September, and the first two races for this year are

Watford Half Marathon - 6th Feb

Regents Park 10k - 6th March (make sure you enter the March event)
