North of Thames XC champs, 10ks, Spitfire 20, parkruns

Steve was the sole Heathside representative in the last cross-country fixture of the year on Saturday, coming in first at the North of Thames champs after a car breakdown prevented him from making the Inter-Counties a week ago, with indoor track races, 10ks and a 20 miler also among this week’s results.
