Fraternity/Sorority XC, NWL YA League #3, LFOTM
A relatively quiet weekend of running, but big results. Seyfu Jamaal and Jessica Prior were placed first (respectively) in the Fraternity/Sorority XC in Trent Park, Heathside U13, U15 and U17 boys teams came 1st and U15 girls team came second in the NWL XC League also at Trent Park, Conor Brown achieved a great time in the San Sebastian Half and Heathsiders did well in the Last Friday of the Month, with James Hurrell coming in third.

The Fraternity/Sorority XC race last Saturday was also part of the Chingford League series (#4). The Fraternity cup was first awarded 90 years ago this year, in 1933 and was soon joined by the Sorority cup and the races have been a popular part of the XC diary ever since. Jessica Prior was first woman, followed by Francesca Stocco coming in 10th and Satu Hietanen 27th. Seyfu Jamaal was first man closely followed by Kader Seyed coming in second overall and third Heathsider was Abel Woldegiogis in 7th place. Heathside’s men’s team were second and Heathside’s women’s team was fifth
