Orion Harriers Forest 5, 3rd August

Sue Eedle continued in her welcome comeback to running following a series of injuries, running in the final of the Orion Harriers Forest 5 series.   This is a friendly and well-organised series of three 5 mile races over the hills and trails of Epping Forest and with tea and cake available afterwards.  Running hard for a few minutes at a time, interspersed with walking breaks, Sue finished in an impressive time of 48:39, just a minute behind the only other Heathsider present (Emilia).
