Fiona Holland sent in this report: “I ran as a London Heathsider at the Thurlow 5m this morning, which is also the Suffolk 5m championships. Unfortunately, due to flooding all over the place I arrived pretty much at the last minute and very flustered. Still, according to their email I was 2nd in the 65+ age group with a gun time of 42.48 and chip of 42.42. I was pretty pleased with this, all things considered. “

Ironman 70.3 Vouliagmeni – Greece 22nd October 2023
Sara Black sent in this race report:” A great last 70.3 of the season. A challenging, choppy sea swim with poor visibility, a fab rolling bike course with cross winds and a hilly run to finish. I've been working hard on improving my bike fitness which worked as I had my fastest bike split ever which then transferred into a strong run after the 1st 5 km as I was dealing with back pain. 3rd in age group and fastest in age group for the run. Happy days!“
