“ A few Heathsiders braved chilly weather last Sunday  to run in the Fred Hughes 10, which features a scenic hilly two lap course in the countryside near St Albans.  Seyfu Jamaal (50:09) was the clear winner of the race, finishing just over two minutes ahead of the second place runner and narrowly missing the course record.  Kader Seyed (52:31) and Tsegay Berhane (53:24) were the next Heathsiders in after Seyfu.  Slightly further down the course, Liam Hazelton made a welcome return to racing 10 miles following recent injury.”
