Tom Aldred 6th M40 in English 5km Virtual Championships

Tom Aldred produced a strong performance to finish 77th Nationally and the 6th Over 40 in the virtual 5km championship organised by England Athletics which had almost 3,000 competitors. Three other Heathsiders took part all producing great performances.
