Return of the Track

At last competitive action has returned to the Athletics track.

Last weekend saw the restart of organised athletics with the 2 day LICC meeting at Lee Valley organised by Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers.  The 466 Competitors were only allowed 1 event, very specific start times, one way routes and racing in alternate lanes.  6 Heathsiders braved this new world despite the limited training that has been possible 4 PB's were recorded by Rufus Seale and Leon Seale in the 100m.  Larissa Wilson improved her 300m PB finishing 2nd in her race. In the Senior Women’s battle over 400m Noelle O'Regan recorded the fastest time ahead of Jennifer Wing and Lily Woolcock who recorded a PB.
