Date: Thursday 8th July (subject to usual uncertainties)
Time: 7pm first runner sets off (arrive at 6.30-6.45pm)
Venue: Alexandra Palace
Format: 5K, setting off slowest first, according to predicted finish time.
Post-event drinks: With a bit of luck, this should be possible! Venue TBC.

A Group are taking part in a BRIC (bike-run) session at 8:00am on Sunday, 6th June in Regent's Park.
There will be a ride for an hour and run for 30 minutes at the track on the north side.

The Government requires all Outdoor Sports Facilities to close so Finsbury Park Track will be shut until further notice.
The Club Coaches are looking at ways to keep their Groups active whether with virtual training sessions or personal training schedules.

While this means indoor Gyms and sports facilities will have to close Outdoor Facilities can remain open for individual, family Group or 1 to 1 exercise.
However U18’s are still permitted to take part in Organised Group Outdoor Sport.
It has been agreed to suspend Club Training for the Seniors until the New Year. However some Junior Training will continue over the Christmas Holidays albeit with smaller groups and increased Hygene and Social Distancing protocols.
