Orion Harriers Forest 5, Chingford, 11/8/18

This race featured a win for Celine, as Emilia reports ;

“Ten Heathsiders went to Epping Forest last Saturday to run in the Orion Forest Five, the last in a series of scenic summer trail races.  The hills, particularly the last few in the second half made it especially challenging, though the slightly cooler temperatures compared to those in previous weeks helped.  James Lynch led Heathsiders home in a super-quick 30:44, whilst Celine Bradley had a fantastic run to come in first lady in 31:52.  Philip Duggan improved his time by over a minute compared to last month whereas Louisa and Satu battled it out for the 2nd and 3rd Heathside spots, with Louisa narrowly winning.  The race was rounded off by a barbecue hosted by Orion Harriers and a 4-10 mile run back home for the truly dedicated.”
