Befit Open and a record-breaking run in St Albans

The sunny Easter holiday last weekend meant that it was a fairly quiet week for racing, with just two events to report on: the Befit Today Open with a speedy 100m from Gabriel Edwards, and the St Albans 10K, in which Sarah Swinhoe continued to rewrite the club’s women’s V50 records.
