It was a fairly quiet week for races, with the main events being the U15, U17 National Track and Field Championships, a few other track races, the Serpentine last Friday of the month 5K, and of course, parkrun.

Elsewhere Joseph Young took 2nd place in the BMC regional 1500m race, & Filipe Cardoso tackled a 100 mile Trail race on the North Downs
