Although racing is still a little slim on the ground, quality is high. At the Bedford Autodrome, George Gurney came in first place in the 5K, Julia Bijl had a great run in the half marathon at the same venue gaining a PB for her time of 1.18.19 and coming in second female, and Nicholas Arrive broke 3 hours in the marathon there.

In the same event the steadily improving Chris Vincent ran a road PB of 18:13 while in an equally windy RunThrough event in Lee Valley Jonathan Shipley was the second V40 in the 10k in 38:59 while Valentin Valeaunu was the 3rd V40 in the 5k in 18:42.

Seyfu had a fantastic run in Kew Gardens, demolishing the club 10K record, which had stood since 2004, Tom Archer knocked an amazing 4s off the club 1500m record, and Mary Kehoe set new V55 records. Steve Pennington ran two marathons simultaneously on different continents.
