Bar the Victoria Park 5 and Maidenhead 10 the Easter bank holiday weekend was all about parkruns, with club members winning five out of 13 of these races featuring Heathsiders, while Mo and Michael took part in the first Watford Open of the season last Wednesday.

Despite the lowest turnout for the Met League this season we managed some very good team results, and some good individual ones, to wrap up the season. Next up: Nationals!
