This week is dominated by the re-arranged English National Cross Country Championships with Charlie Nicolson winning a bronze medal in the U13Boys race and the U17W finishing 4th. Elsewhere there was Masters athletics, Filipe Cardoso taking part in the 100km Peak District Challenge and Hannah Yip taking part of the Serpentine Swim/Run.
